By accessing and using Fun Galaxy's facilities located at GL One Mall, Puttur, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Fun Galaxy is a premium arcade and entertainment center offering various games, activities, and party packages. We provide entertainment services including but not limited to:

• Arcade games (Carousel, VR Racing Car, Basketball, Speed Hockey, etc.)
• Virtual Reality experiences
• Age-specific activities for Kindergarten, Primary, and Middle School children
• Picnic and party packages
• Food and beverage services
• Softplay areas and climbing activities

All bookings for picnic packages and party services must be made in advance. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as specified during the booking process.

All visitors must follow safety instructions provided by our staff. Any unsafe behavior or violation of safety rules may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a risk to themselves or others.

Food and beverages are available on-site. Outside food and drinks may be restricted. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when making bookings.

Photography and videography are permitted for personal use only. Commercial photography requires prior written permission. We may take photos/videos for promotional purposes, and by using our services, you consent to such use unless you specifically opt out.

Cancellation policies vary by service type. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

Fun Galaxy shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on our premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Visitors participate in activities at their own risk.
